Feminisms: The Tide to Come

This article tackles the political emergence of feminisms. It centres and reflects on the gestures and uprising of women against a hegemonic discursive order, an order of the text. The logic of the explicit or implicit agreement so that women’s voices are not heard is broken with the appearance of countertexts which mean the politicization of the public sphere. I propose the figure of the palimpsest as a reflection on the different layers of memory of the passions of the past in the present and of the present that is a past.
